MHR, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and finance solutions, has committed to a carbon reduction journey with a target to become carbon neutral by 2028 and achieve net zero by 2050.

As part of this strategy, they engaged Step Energy to deliver an innovative solar PV installation at Britannia House, Nottingham, complementing site-wide carbon reduction measures.

The project formed part of a broader sustainability initiative across MHR’s Mere Way campus, integrating solar energy generation with EV charging infrastructure and site-wide renewable energy strategies.

MHR Sustainability Strategy

The installation at Britannia House complements MHR’s campus-wide sustainability strategy. The in-roof PV system is part of a larger commitment to renewable energy, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction, aligning with Planet Mark’s certification requirements. By integrating solar PV directly into the roofline, MHR benefits from clean energy generation without compromising building aesthetics or operational functionality.
