Works at New Kingsland are progressing rapidly toward completion! The site itself has presented unique challenges with its tight space, requiring precise planning every step of the way.

This project has involved the demolition of an existing church to make way for 16 new homes, including houses and apartments, contributing to the local community’s growth and development.

Cinnamon Luxury Care engaged with our parent company Stepnell Group to build a new Luxury Residential Care Home at their Oakley Grange site in Warwick.

Step Energy were appointed to design and install a renewable energy scheme that would maximise the available pitched and flat roof areas, installing Solar PV during the main build programme reduced the risk associated with a retrofit option on a building finished to such a high standard.

Sitting conveniently on the border of Royal Leamington Spa and the historic market town of Warwick, offers 66 fully furnished en-suite rooms with level-access wet-rooms, plus a choice of five deluxe care suites. Cinnamon Care are actively focused on reducing their carbon emissions ensuring renewable technologies are implemented into new and existing properties where possible. #care #construction #energyandrenewables
