Our Services
The Liddell Building, an annexe of Christ Church, provides affordable self-catering accommodation in East Oxford. The site offers comfortable single rooms within shared flats, just minutes from local amenities, the O2 Academy, and the main Christ Church site.
As part of a wider refurbishment and decarbonisation programme, Step Energy were appointed by Monard Electrical Contractors to deliver a small-scale solar PV installation, designed to reduce carbon emissions, lower operational costs, and align with Christ Church’s broader sustainability objectives.
The project was delivered in a heritage-sensitive environment, requiring careful planning and collaboration across the client team, main contractor, architect, and M&E consultants.
